GLE & ENZ

GLE
Since 1992, GLE has successfully established itself as the number one entertainment booking agency in New Zealand. With its huge range of entertainers and performers from musical acts to circus acts and children's entertainers, GLE enjoyed a well-founded reputation for variety and sheer size of its talent database. GLE was the exclusive provider of entertainment for the America's Cup Village in 1999 and 2002 for both America's Cup and the Volvo Race. This involved the organising of international and local acts, cultural performances, bands, strolling performers and characters, variety acts and buskers. GLE was also the exclusive booking agent for Skycity Hotel Auckland for around eight years, a contract which only recently ended. GLE has a developed and maintains a close relationship with numerous hotels, shopping complexes, conference organisers and corporate businesses throughout NZ. It has also grown a sizeable market in the private sector, particularly with weddings and children's parties. GLE's artists have performed extensively around NZ at many events and festivals. It has enjoyed a high-profile presence in the entertainment industry for many years and when the time came for the owners to move on, ENZ was delighted to take it on.

ENZ
ENZ began in 1999 although the Director, Jasmin Kemp, has been working in the industry as both agent and event manager also since around 1992. ENZ has virtually employed the opposite strategy to GLE, but with similar levels of success; it has maintained a low profile whilst working with very high-end clients. ENZ is the preferred entertainment provider to several key event agencies and hotels; it has chosen to focus primarily on such partnerships. ENZ works closely with many conference organisers, PR and marketing companies and function centres that in turn have their own valuable databases of high-end clients. ENZ also enjoys direct contact with a significant number of corporations. ENZ's list of private clients is a veritable 'who's who' of the Auckland social scene, with ENZ artists invited to join families and friends in private homes and gardens and on island resorts and luxury yachts to help celebrate many a special occasion. ENZ's artists have performed in Tonga, Fiji, Bali and Australia as well as throughout NZ.
