Terms of Service

1. Www.databass.asia and Jumunjy Co. Ltd., hereafter refered to as DB, is a virtual social utility specialized in the Dance and Music Scene. The use of DB's funktions is free (for basic account) and aimed to be a helpful tool amongst Artists (as DJs, VJs, Musicians, etc.) and Venue owners or Promoters/Agents. Repeated Misuse or violent behaviour against the programm structure (such as Code injections or other violent behavior) cannot be tolerated. If such case occurs, DB will terminate the relevant account, initiate legal terms and provide authorities in charge with all requested data available.
						
						
2. DB well as Jumunjy Co. Ltd. are bound to international copyrights and Trademarks. We (DB) also request from our users to respect other artists work and not to violate international copyright laws. Any violation against existing copyrights will result in immediate termination of the violating account.
							
							
3. DB reserves the right to change prices or conditions. In this case our users will recieve an information-email. DB is not to be held responsible for not recieved emails (see 4.). Contracts or Accounts already existing by the time of any price change will be not affected until the sceduled ending of the service. Contracts or Accounts already existing by the time of any price change will not be affected if prolonged continiously.
							
							
4. DB can not be held responsible in case of connection problems or server downtime, due we have no influence on server maintenance or functionality. If it comes to a sceduled downtime caused by maintenance work, we will inform our users via email. Users are selfresponsible for backups of their profiles.
							
   	4.1 Furthermore will DB not take any responsibility in case of data loss. If a loss of data should occur, we will nevertheless try to help to recover the lost data. Use a secure password to ensure maximum security for your account (Small and Capital Letters as well as Numbers are allowed). Users are selfresponsible for backups of their profile.
							
							
5. DB can not be held responsible for wrong user information or posts provided by the user. (i.e. in the calendar, profile, forum...). Every user is selfresponsible for submitting and updating his/her information to databass.asia.


6. DB can not be held responsible for any legal problem databass.asia users encounter with each other (i.e. with a booking,  rental, appointment...etc.). Due we have no influence on user behaviour and agreements between users happen without our notice. If such case occurs and comes to the knowledge of DB, DB will terminate the relevant account, and provide authorities in charge with all requested data available.
							
							
7. We provide our users a internet-plattform to exchange information and present theirselves. User who will publish any content of pornographic, terroristic or rasistic manner and/or content violating the law of our participants country and/or content violating international human rights, have to face immediate account termination.
